2. Eligibility for Replacement or Full Refund: We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive goods that are defective, damaged, or inconsistent with your order (including wrong product model, wrong color, wrong quantity, or missing accessories), you are eligible to apply for a free replacement or a full refund. Specifically, defective goods refer to products that have quality problems such as functional failures, structural damage, or material defects that cannot be used normally under normal use conditions; wrong goods refer to products that do not match the order information you submitted. Before applying, please keep the original packaging of the goods, all accessories, and attach clear photos or videos of the defective or wrong parts as evidence, which will help us quickly verify and handle your application.
Specified Time Limit for Return Application: To ensure the timeliness of handling and the rational use of resources, all return applications must be submitted within 7 calendar days after you receive the goods. The time of receipt shall be subject to the signing time recorded by the logistics company. If you fail to submit the return application within the specified time limit due to personal reasons, we will not be able to accept your return request, except for special circumstances (such as force majeure, or the product has hidden quality problems that cannot be found within the 7-day period, which needs to be verified by our after-sales team and approved). Exceptions for Unconditional Return: Custom-made products and special products are not eligible for unconditional return. Custom-made products refer to products that are designed, produced or modified according to your specific requirements (such as customized logos, special sizes, personalized designs, etc.), as these products are tailored to your unique needs and cannot be resold to other customers; special products include but are not limited to perishable goods, consumables, personalized digital products that have been activated, and products with obvious signs of use (such as scratches, stains, damage to packaging, etc.). Refund Channel and Processing Time: All refunds approved by us will be returned through the original payment channel you used when placing the order, so as to ensure the safety and traceability of the refund. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your original credit card account; if you paid by third-party payment platforms (such as PayPal, Alipay), the refund will be returned to your corresponding payment account.
